The unit does come with one blower that needs a dedicated outlet for the duration of the time it is being used. It can be used with or without water. When you rent this unit, if available, there will be a 50ft extension as a courtesy. You will need to provide your own garden hose that reaches from the water source to where you want the water slide to be. Make sure you have one foot on all side more than the water slide's dimensions to allow for slider to have room to get around the unit safely.
